BAFTA Media Technology Limited (BMT) is registered under the company number 06226648 and is a subsidiary of BAFTA Enterprises Limited (company number 01163351), a company owned by the charity BAFTA, The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (company number 00617869, charity number 216726). All three entities are registered in England and Wales and share the same registered office address at 195 Piccadilly, London, W1J 9LN.

BMT provides you with its services and access to use this site subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. BMT reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining term and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
